London & Capital has a team of five real estate investment specialists with the experience and expertise to source and manage commercial property investment opportunities as well as arranging financing. Over the past 15 years we have arranged $1.5bn of real estate finance and today manage $1.3bn of real estate for our investors.

We offer a complete commercial property investment service. Working together to meet your investment objectives, we source, acquire and asset manage suitable properties on your behalf and then arrange the sale to maximise returns.

In line with our investment approach of protecting and growing wealth, we focus on attractive properties with bond-type income streams let to investment grade tenants.
As part of our large commercial property portfolio service we have become specialists in arranging financing, which we offer to non-residential property investors as a separate service. We have long-standing relationships with all of the main lending institutions including clearing banks, insurance companies, international banks and private equity firms allowing us to negotiate favourable financing terms. In collaboration with surveyors, lawyers and other specialists we work quickly to secure investment opportunities.
