We have a strong track record in project appraisal, financial analysis and the preparation of submissions to credit committees of banks and other institutions, having arranged finance for nearly 200 properties over the past 15 years. Bridge Loans – access to a broad network of short term lenders who offer a quick tailored response, enabling clients to obtain short term finance to make the best use of market conditions and opportunities, while keeping options open for subsequent access to other favourable funding facilities
Cross-border Lending – we have access to senior funding via our network of relationships with UK, US, German, French, Dutch and Italian banks
Development Finance – through our close relationships with financial institutions and specialist lenders, we are able to source construction and development finance for solid development projects in mainland UK
Interest Rate Solutions - professional experience in selecting the appropriate interest rate / foreign exchange derivatives to compliment the client’s strategy
Mezzanine - access to mezzanine finance sourced either from the lending bank “stretching” the senior debt, or by third party suppliers
