Real Estate is a central part of London & Capital’s heritage. London & Capital has been investing in and managing Real Estate for more than 15 years. We have sourced, acquired, managed and sold properties on behalf of hundreds of clients during this time. We invest in and manage property directly on behalf of our clients or through our real estate funds range.
Property Management Service
Our property management service begins with the creation of a tailored investment strategy to meet our client’s investment objectives. Once this has been agreed, our Real Estate team will source appropriate assets and secure these properties on behalf of our client. Our property acquisition service includes valuation advice and modelling, the set up of the legal holding structure (generally an offshore special purpose vehicle or pension fund) and arranging the best commercial finance terms.
Once the property has been acquired, we monitor the agreed strategy and look to enhance the value of the investment by instigating and managing rent reviews, re-gearing leases with the current/another tenant or assessing opportunities to redevelop or improve the property.
Commercial Real Estate Finance
As part of our Property Management Service, we offer access to the most competitive senior debt, mezzanine and equity finance and arrange effective interest rate hedging solutions. We provide an end-to-end service, from liaising with lawyers and valuers to drawdown and putting in place appropriate hedging. Find out more.
